Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

Shipping delivery times will depend on your location. (Please note there can be some delays due to COVID).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are calculated through Canada Post. You can view their website at https://www.canadapost.ca to find the current pricing for your address.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

U.S Shipping, Customs, Duties and Taxes

White Squirrel Candle Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
