Returns/Refunds:

We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why our policy allows a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. To start the refund process, please contact our customer service team, whitesquirrelcandleco@gmail.com and provide them with your order details.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any returns or process refunds for any products beyond the point that your order has been confirmed (as we are a small business and each order is custom and production is already underway!)

• To avoid tunneling, burn for at least min 2 hours, max 4 hours.
• Do not burn a candle longer than 4 hours.
• Place on a sturdy, non-flammable surface.
• Keep out of reach from children and pets.
• Keep away from drafts, window curtains, or any hanging items that can catch fire.
• Glass will be HOT to touch once lit- Do not pick up- distinguish fire and let cool before moving
• Remember to distinguish candle before bed.
